Marketing Assistant (Prospector) - bloop

Type: Full-time, 8-hour shift Mon to Fri

 

Responsibilities

 

Manage LinkedIn and Hubspot Profiles for several people in our organization for the sole purpose of generating leads and scheduling calls.  Daily tasks would include:

  • Generating company prospects based on our ideal customer persona
    • Source from LinkedIn, Web, and directories
  • Use Software like Apollo to gather contact details of specific individuals that fit our customer persona
  • Outreach via Hubspot using email sequences, manage pipelines, and schedule calls 
  • Outreach via LinkedIn
  • Manage google Calendars, and provide detailed summaries of potential prospects.
  • Provide reports, and analytics based on weekly outreach efforts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly with a B2B SaaS
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Background in LinkedIn and Hubspot
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
