Who and what we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software, social media management, and bookkeeping tools is a plus.

- Manage emails, appointments, and calendars for executives or business owners.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and file management.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event planning.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
- Conduct research and prepare reports as needed.
- Maintain records, databases, and CRM systems.
- Assist with social media management, content scheduling, and basic marketing tasks.
- Provide general support for business operations as needed.
- This role may require working during US hours, depending on business needs.
