Who and what we’re looking for

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, social media management, and bookkeeping tools is a plus.

  • Manage emails, appointments, and calendars for executives or business owners.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and file management.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event planning.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports as needed.
  • Maintain records, databases, and CRM systems.
  • Assist with social media management, content scheduling, and basic marketing tasks.
  • Provide general support for business operations as needed.
  • This role may require working during US hours, depending on business needs.
